At Faithful Flowers Boutique, every arrangement is thoughtfully handcrafted and custom designed specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been confirmed.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your booking, reserves materials, and allows us to begin planning and sourcing florals for your unique design.

Custom Orders

Each piece is created to your requested style, colour palette, and vision. As a result, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
