Custom Designs & Orders

Every Faithful Flowers Boutique arrangement is thoughtfully handcrafted and designed specifically for each customer. Because our products are custom-made using natural materials, no two pieces will ever be exactly alike.

By submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or providing payment, you acknowledge and agree that your design will be created based on your selected colours, style preferences, inspiration images, and approved details.

Design Process

We love bringing your vision to life! During the design process, we will work with you to understand your desired style, colour palette, and overall vision.

Please note that dried flowers are natural products, and availability, colour, texture, and size may vary slightly from inspiration photos. We reserve the right to make small substitutions when necessary to maintain the overall look, quality, and integrity of your design.

Payments & Deposits

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your order date and begin the design process.

Deposits are non-refundable as they reserve your spot, cover preparation time, and allow us to source materials specifically for your project.

Your remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule before your order is completed or delivered.

Changes & Revisions

We are happy to work with you to create a design you love. Any changes to your order must be requested as soon as possible.

Once materials have been purchased or the design process has begun, changes may not be possible or may result in additional fees.

Wedding Orders

Wedding flowers require advance planning, sourcing, and preparation. To ensure the best experience, we recommend booking as early as possible.

Wedding dates are not considered reserved until a deposit has been received and confirmation has been provided by Faithful Flowers Boutique.

Final details, including colours, quantities, and delivery/pickup arrangements, must be confirmed by the agreed deadline.

Flower Appearance & Natural Variations

Dried and preserved flowers are natural products. Variations in colour, shape, size, and texture are expected and are part of the beauty of working with real flowers.

Colours may also vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

These natural variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for refunds.

Pickup & Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and selecting the appropriate pickup or shipping option.

Faithful Flowers Boutique is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by shipping carriers after the order has been handed over for delivery.

Care Instructions

Dried flowers are delicate and should be handled with care. To maintain their beauty, keep arrangements away from direct sunlight, moisture, and high humidity.

Faithful Flowers Boutique is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or storage.

Photography & Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph completed designs and use images for marketing purposes, including our website, social media, and promotional materials.

If you prefer your arrangement not to be photographed or shared, please let us know before your order is completed.
